Kiddy's FX
Forex coaching sells on win rates nobody can check. This rebuild goes the other way: a price on every page, a results page that refuses to draw a curve, and a trading journal Diogo reads before every call.

The brief
Kiddy's FX is Diogo's one-to-one trading mentoring. The first site sold it as a private, application-only programme with no price on it and a results page full of statistics. The rebuild turns that inside out: fifty pounds a month on every page, written in his own voice, with proof limited to what members have actually sent him. What stayed is the part the coaching runs on, the journal members log into and he reads before every call.

What we built
A price on every page
The first site hid the price behind an application. The rebuild puts fifty pounds a month in the navigation, on every call to action and at the top of the checkout, with a yearly option that saves two hundred. One-to-one time is still quoted per person, through a short form that asks how long someone has traded and what keeps going wrong.
Written as one person
Every page is in Diogo's own voice, first person from the headline down: run by one person, on purpose. It turns the thing a bigger academy would hide into the reason to join, and it makes the promises specific enough to keep, one live session a week and a reply within forty-eight hours.
Proof that refuses to exaggerate
The payouts page shows screenshots members chose to send, posted with their permission, and says out loud what it will not show: no equity curve and no win rate, because a visitor could check neither. Members earn ranks from what they have been paid, and there is no way to buy one.
The journal is still the product
Members log every trade with its entry, stop, exit and reason, and the profit and R are worked out for them. They see the month as a grid of green and red days, analytics by pair, session, direction and result, and imports from MT4, MT5, Myfxbook or TradeZella with the format detected rather than mapped.
It briefs the coach
Before every call the journal writes Diogo a brief: the member's Edge Score, their best and worst trades, and what to work on. Nobody fills in a form. Members log trades and the brief writes itself, so every call starts from the record rather than from memory.
Checkout and a back office he runs
Stripe checkout is built into the site with card, Apple Pay and Google Pay, ready for the day his account is connected. New members create their own login and wait in an approval queue until Diogo has checked them against the payments. From his admin area he sees the whole roster and every trade logged, uploads the lesson videos and sets weekly goals.

- Five ranks by total paid out, from a first payout to £50,000, none for sale

The result
The mentoring now sells itself honestly. A visitor sees the price, the weekly session and the journal before being asked for anything, the payouts page shows only what members chose to send, and everyone who joins logs in to the same journal Diogo reads before their call.
